Thank you for shopping with Just Lois Studios. Please review this policy before purchasing any digital product.

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

Digital products may include PNG files, SVG files, printable designs, coloring books, templates, digital downloads, prompt packs, creative resources, 3D print files, and access links to digital content.

Digital Sales & Refunds

Because digital products can be accessed or delivered immediately, digital sales are generally final once the file or access link has been delivered, except where required by law. If you receive the wrong file, a damaged or unusable file, or experience an access problem, please contact Just Lois Studios so we can help resolve the issue.

Before You Purchase

Please review the product description carefully to confirm the file type, size, format, page count, intended use, and any software or equipment requirements. Customers are responsible for having compatible software, printers, cutting machines, 3D printers, or other equipment needed to use the purchased product.

Usage Terms

Unless a product listing states otherwise, digital products may be used for personal projects and permitted small-business creative use.

You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload, give away, or provide access to the original digital files. You may not place the original files in shared drives, memberships, groups, file-sharing sites, or similar services. You may not claim the original artwork or file as your own creation. Purchase of a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original design.

Delivery & Access

Digital files or access links are provided after a successful order. Please save or download your purchased files as instructed. If a product uses an external platform such as Canva, access may be provided through a link in your download file.

Color & Production Differences

Colors and results may vary depending on your screen, printer, ink, paper, material, software, machine settings, and production method.
